Specification

This substantial instrument has its origins in a late 19th century organ by William Hill, with significant rebuilds last century by HN&B and (more recently) Nicholson, when the voicing was by Dennis Thurlow.

St Alphege was the venue for the association's AGM in 2010, when resident organist Nigel Stock (see central photo) gave the recital, ably demonstrating the instrument's capabilities in Baroque music with pieces by Buxtehude and Pierre du Mage.
