| 19 Feb 20 | The 20th century English Organ DANIEL MOULT presented a fascinating insight into the development of the English Organ in the first half of last century with the aid of extracts from his recently-released set of DVDs. This joint meeting with Worcestershire OA was enhanced by the excellent audio-visual facilities of St George's Church, Kidderminster - and its organ. |
22 Jan 20 | Historic organ recordings MICHAEL JONES treated us to another well informed, varied and interesting illustrated talk using recordings made over many years by Malcolm McDonald. Some of the (local) instruments featured no longer exist, such as the Conacher/Sheffield at St Luke’s on the Bristol Road and the Compton in Wolverhampton Civic Hall. |
